There no longer is a Tim Horton's and Cedar's is closed except they have an Express for takeout sandwiches, coffee and muffins my husband had a muffin and he had to throw it in the garbage as is was so stale. Can't even have a drink at the front foyer bar where the fireplace is as the area is roped off.

Further, many of the areas are closed within the hotel. when we are leaving thousands of dollars for 3 of us for 4 days. Unbelievable and unacceptable! We are paying full price, no discounts or comps, and they want us to clean our rooms, make the beds, etc. Shocking news as we were never informed of this from the time of making the reservations to checking in but they have no problem charging full fees. They apparently only clean on check-in and check-out for the next guests. we were told that they NO LONGER CLEAN YOUR ROOM DURING YOUR ENTIRE STAY!! They will only supply towels if requested during your stay. we called the front desk asking when our room was going to be cleaned. We (myself, my husband and my older son) were there for 4 days and on the second day around 5 p.m. It started when we arrived at the Casino with no Valet and when he finally arrived the Valet attendant apologized and said he was the only one working the Valet and he needed to take a 15 minute break. Things sure have gone down hill at Casino Rama since Gateway took over the operations of the Casino in mid 2018 and since we were there last.
